Lockton India has appointed Amit Agrawal as chief operating officer and chief financial officer.
Agrawal joins Lockton from Aon India where he was chief financial officer.
He has led on strategic initiatives, has expertise in mergers and acquisitions, and succeeded in attracting foreign direct investment over his career, the firm said.
He had held roles at Tata, KPMG, ZEE, Jana Bank, and Indiabulls, including overseeing audits for prominent financial institutions such as ICICI, Citi, and Standard Chartered.
Agrawal also played key role in Indiabulls’ move into the insurance sector, it added.
