Habito has appointed Lindsey Taylor as protection customer success expert from Dynamo where she was protection sales support team leader.

Taylor (pictured centre) joined Dynamo back in 2019 as mortgage and protection case handler.

Working closely with protection advice manager, Rhys Walker, within Habito’s newly formed protection team, and reporting into Penny Desborough, VP of customer and culture (pictured right), the firm said her appointment is the result of the growing demand for protection from customers, and the need to quickly expand its protection team in response to this.

Ying Tan, CEO at Habito, (pictured left) said: “Of course, at Habito, we are on a mission to simplify the homeownership journey for all, and recognise the important role protection plays in this journey.

“In order to succeed in our mission, we always look to appoint the strongest talent in the industry,” Tan added.

“With Lindsey’s impressive attributes and notable time at Dynamo, we’re delighted to welcome her to the team.

“We’re confident that her knowledge and experience will be instrumental in the continued growth and success of Habito’s protection efforts.”
