Serenity Health Partners has appointed Aniz Sirajudin to the role of regional growth leader.

Serenity Health, with headquarters in Singapore, specialises in the design of corporate health insurance products including a regional private medical insurance product.

Sirajudin, (pictured) who is also Singapore-based, has more than 20 years of expertise in corporate sales, strategy, project management, and team leadership.

As a regional group employee benefits practice leader, he is based in Singapore and serves the Asia markets, bringing a proven track record of driving substantial business growth and leading both local and regional teams.

His most recent position was as regional IPMI leader at the Asia Centre of Excellence for Mercer Marsh Benefits from January 2023 to December 2024. He was also the international health solutions principle at Mercer from January 2020.

Prior to Mercer, Sirajudin was the divisional director for benefits solutions at JLT Asia from 2018 to 2020.

Before that he was at Mercer as senior manager for business development of employee health and benefits.

And prior to that Sirajudin worked at Lockton, AIA and at Prudential.

In his current role, Sirajudin is spearheading the development of regional private medical insurance (RPMI) capabilities in collaboration with the Serenity leadership team.

This initiative aims to address critical market challenges, such as escalating medical costs and employee benefits sustainability, by delivering innovative product solutions and distribution strategies.

Serenity remarked that Sirajudin is deeply passionate about the growth of local solutions in Asia and is committed to advancing this area to meet the region’s evolving healthcare and employee benefits needs, alongside Serenity Health partner MSIG.

Sirajudin has previously spoken to Health & Protection on the development of the regional PMI product in the Asia Pacific.

Serenity Health said via LinkedIn: “With over 20 years of experience within the insurance industry, most recently focused on regional health insurance strategy and IPMI client management, Aniz will report to the cofounders and will serve on the Serenity Health Partners executive committee.

“This new role will be pivotal in leading the client engagement team and strategy for MSIG:Serenity across Asia, as well as enabling our business to explore more differentiated health initiatives and drive wider opportunities for growth and connectivity with our key partners MSIG Asia beyond our core proposition.

“Welcome to the team Aniz.”

Sirajudin said via LinkedIn: “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as regional growth leader at Serenity Health Partners.”
