Spectrum.Life has appointed Andrew Macadam as vice president of customer operations.
Macadam’s previous experience includes over a decade at Microsoft where he was global managing director for start-ups.
In his new role leading key operational and customer-focused initiatives at Spectrum.Life, Macadam will oversee client delivery, marketing and non-clinical operations, while driving the company’s business systems, tendering processes, and project management frameworks.
He will also play a pivotal role in transforming Spectrum.Life’s end-to-end product lifecycle.
At Microsoft, Macadam held senior leadership roles and worked closely with industry leaders to drive transformative business strategies.
Earlier in his career, he served as head of digital at Vodafone Ireland, where he led all digital sales and marketing activities.

Spectrum.Life has recently hit 300 employees and plans to add 200 new roles across the UK, Ireland, and remote positions by the end of 2025.
It said the expansion reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to scaling its services and impact globally.
