Santé Group has appointed Nick Stone as partnerships and distribution executive.

Stone (pictured right) was most recently head of intermediary and partnerships at Health Assured and prior to that was a senior business development manager at YuLife.

His appointment coincides with Katie Hodgson’s appointment as compliance manager.

Hodgson (pictured left) began her career in account management and advisory roles before moving into compliance in 2016.

She subsequently moved into regulatory compliance and business ethics, most recently serving as senior business conduct officer at Towergate Employee Benefits.

Stone said: “I’ve always kept a close eye on Paul and Santé Group, and I feel my skills are a great fit for where the business is heading – particularly with its growing consultancy proposition.

“This feels like the right move at the right time, and I’m genuinely excited about what’s ahead.”

Hodgson said: “I really enjoy working in compliance – regulation is always evolving, which means there’s constantly something new to learn. I’m looking forward to supporting Santé Group as it continues to grow, helping ensure we’re always operating to the highest standards.”

Paul Nugent, CEO at Santé Group, added: “We’re delighted to welcome Katie and Nick to the team.

“Their experience and fresh perspective will be a real asset as we continue to grow and support our clients.”
