Reassured appoints chief growth officer

Reassured appoints chief growth officer

Reassured has appointed Laura Mullaney as chief growth officer (CGO).

Mullaney (pictured) will help implement Reassured’s operational transformation projects including digital scripting and more effective contact strategies including engaging with customers digitally where possible, as well as the continued growth of its partnerships programme. 

Additionally, she will be responsible for driving enhancements in both operations and customer journeys to continue improving the service delivered to customers.

Mullaney brings more than 20-years of financial services experience into the role, most recently serving as transformation director at Hastings Direct. Before this, she was managing director, distribution, at BGL Insurance.

She will report to chief executive officer Mark Townsend.

Townsend said: “We are very pleased to welcome Laura Mullaney to the role of CGO. With extensive experience in delivering great operational results to the benefit of the customer, Laura’s insight will be crucial as we continue to strive to be a more customer-led organisation.”

Mullaney added: “I am delighted to join Reassured. I look forward to working with the rest of the team on delivery of key digital transformation projects and expanding the current partnership offering, which are two areas that can bring big benefits to both customers and our insurer partners.”
