Employee benefits solutions provider Clear Insurance Management, part of the Clear Group, is joining group risk industry body Group Risk Development (Grid).

Grid said Clear Group was particularly interested in the training academy, which provides entry-level and advanced training for members’ staff.

Jo Tressler, director of employee benefits at Clear Employee Benefits, said: “As we continue to grow, we are excited to join Grid to further our commitment to the highest levels of advice for our clients.

“Alongside Grid’s training and development, their expert insight offers us a unique look at the future of the market, the impact government changes will have, and our ability to influence these decisions.”

Colin Fitzgerald, chairman of Grid, (pictured) said: “Joining Grid reflects a strong commitment to best practice and high standards within the group risk market, offering added reassurance to clients.

“We welcome Clear Group to bolster our growing number of existing broker members, who play an increasingly important role in our mission to promote group risk protection through a unified, collective voice.”
