Vitality has appointed Kathryn Conniff as life underwriting service director.
Conniff (pictured) takes responsibility for adviser servicing, including oversight of the national Vitality nurse fleet and leadership of the end‑to‑end underwriting journey.
She will report to Lara Fascione, adviser operations director.
Previously head of operational office at Aviva and AIG Life, she led on first‑line assurance and the implementation of operational resilience and Consumer Duty.
Before that she held leadership roles at Legal & General and LV= leading protection operations and delivering customer focused service strategies and major organisational change.
Fascione said: “We’re delighted to welcome Kathryn to Vitality. She brings a wealth of experience, an extensive skillset and a strategic outlook that will greatly benefit both her team and the wider business.
