Paradigm has appointed Nick Delawa as business development director.
Covering London and the South East, Delawa (pictured) will work closely with member firms to support business growth, provide strategic guidance and ensure they are making full use of Paradigm’s proposition across mortgages, protection and compliance.
He brings a wealth of advisory firm support experience, most recently working as a compliance risk auditor at Stonebridge, where he focused on regulatory oversight, audit management and supporting firms in meeting FCA requirements.
His background also includes hands-on experience as a mortgage adviser and in underwriting, giving him a strong understanding of adviser needs and business challenges.
