Bupa is launching an extended version of its group health cash plan which includes the YuLife engagement and wellbeing platform.
The plan is available at three levels for organisations of all sizes and is based on a book-rated pricing model. Health & Protection has asked for premium details.
All levels of cover give every member a 24/7 employee assistance programme (EAP), digital GP service, SkinVision skin check tool and Phio digital musculoskeletal support tool.
Level 1 cover provides up to £60 per year of routine dental treatment, £60 for optical care, £150 for therapies and £200 for dental injury. These values range up to £200, £200, £500 and £400 respectively for level 3.
Other cash plan benefits include cover for consultations and diagnostic tests ranging from £200 to £500, health assessments and cash back for prescriptions and vaccinations, along with a hospital benefit.
The YuLife support for members includes a smoking cessation programme, access to Meditopia, F45, FiiT and Body Coach classes in-app along with health challenges and discounts.
Employers are given on-demand reports to assess companywide engagement, wellbeing activity and social impact, while those with at least five employees can receive burnout, absenteeism and turnover insights to identify key risks and take targeted action.
