William Russell has launched a new platinum service offering.
The provider said it was aimed at elevating the top level of its international health plans and combined global cover with flexible, personalised support.
A dedicated service team will act as a single point of contact with members receiving direct access to an exclusive VIP phone and email as well as personalised support from named advisers.
They can also access support with appointment co-ordination across consultations, diagnostics, screenings and treatment, and expert navigation of global healthcare pathways, including specialist referrals and complex care journeys, priority handling of enquiries and claims, including next-working-day assessment for complete submissions .
Teresa Wighton, commercial director at William Russell, (pictured) said: “Our platinum service offering is designed to be flexible to meet the needs of each of our members. Every one of our customers has unique requirements and we want to be able to offer them a service which supports them specifically rather than fitting into a standard insurance service model.
“Whether it is supporting getting their health screening organised or guiding them through a complex medical pathway we want our members to feel that we know them, understand them and are there every step of the way, in whatever way is most valuable to them.
“Our service reputation has always been strongly regarded but platinum service takes it to a new level that can be incredibly hard to replicate in a large corporate environment.”
