Simplyhealth Group has agreed an expansion of its existing agreement with Personal Group which will see Simplyhealth’s On Demand services integrated into Hapi, Personal Group’s employee benefits platform, giving employees access to its range of clinically approved health and wellbeing services alongside their workplace benefits.
The expanded partnership has the potential to extend Simplyhealth’s reach to more than one million additional people, supporting its purpose of improving access to healthcare for all in the UK.
Simplyhealth’s On Demand services will be embedded within Hapi, providing employees with access to a range of discounted and self-pay health and wellbeing services, including physiotherapy, mental health support, women’s and men’s health services, nutrition support, diagnostic testing and neurodiversity assessments.
The agreement will also enable Simplyhealth to offer Hapi to its own clients, extending access to Personal Group’s employee benefits and engagement technology to more employers and employees across the UK.

The expanded agreement builds on the strategic agreement announced in March 2026, which brought together Simplyhealth’s health plans and healthcare services with Personal Group’s financial protection products and employee engagement expertise.
The firms confirmed that both organisations will continue to develop their joint proposition, helping employers provide practical, accessible support for employees across different roles, locations and working patterns.
