AIG Life has launched a content hub aimed at helping small businesses talk about health and highlight the wellbeing benefits employees receive through their employer-provided protection insurance.

The hub points colleagues to Smart Health and the services employees and their families can use to access support to manage their health.

It also contains materials and content to help firms talk practically about employee wellbeing and the help available.

It covers a range of subjects and includes email templates, banners and leaflets, slides and customer stories.

Fitness and nutrition tips and advice from experts offer ways employees can manage their health.

Sue Helmont, marketing director at AIG Life said: “We’ve created the Smart Health Employee Hub following feedback from financial advisers.

“They are keen we work together to help employer clients help their employees take care of their health and wellbeing.

“It might prove especially useful to time-stretched small businesses that may not have an internal comms or HR function but who want to do their best for their employees’ health and wellbeing.”
