Insurance, healthcare, and pension fund technology specialist Alula Technologies has established headquarters in London at Devonshire House, 1 Mayfair Place.
The business, backed by Rox Equity Partners, began creation of the group in July 2022 and followed up with the acquisition of South Africa-based SilverBridge and subsequently compatriot HealthCloud platform later in the year.
This was followed in 2023 by the acquisition of employee benefits platform Ovation and comparative insurance quoting portal Let’s Compare.
