Kara Connect has joined the Association of Medical Insurers and Intermediaries (AMII) as a corporate member.

Kara Connect is a Nordic-based digital platform providing corporate mental health and wellbeing support. They provide customised Wellbeing Hubs, connecting employees with more than 3,000 vetted professionals, including therapists, coaches and counsellors in more than 30 languages.

Tobin Coles, chief revenue officer at Kara Connect, (pictured), said: “Joining AMII is a natural progression for us as we deepen our presence in the UK employee benefits landscape.

“We look forward to collaborating with fellow members to raise the bar for mental health and wellbeing provision across the industry.”

David Middleton, executive chairman of AMII, said: “The employee mental health and wellbeing market has seen increasing demand in recent years, with businesses of all sizes recognising that mental health support within the workforce is fundamental to productivity and resilience.

“As we continue to support the growth of the health and employee benefits sector across the UK, Kara Connect will be a great addition to our membership.”
