Aon Singapore appoints Soh head of client services for health solutions

Aon Singapore has appointed Tisha Soh as head of client services, health solutions. 

Soh will lead the delivery of client service across Aon’s health solutions portfolio, partnering with organisations to design and manage employee health and benefits strategies. She has worked in client relationship management roles in Singapore for more than 19 years.

She was most recently assistant vice president of group insurance for Great Eastern, where she worked from 2023 to 2025. 

Before that she was a lead consultant for global benefits management at Willis Towers Watson Health and Benefits from 2020 to 2023 and senior manager for client relationships within global benefits management at Mercer for two years. 

Francis Ng, head of health solutions for Aon in Singapore said: “We’re excited to welcome Tisha Soh as the new head of our client services team. 

“Tisha brings over 19 years of experience in client relationship management across the financial, life insurance, and broking sectors.  

“For the last 11 years, she’s been focused on employee health benefits, helping clients navigate their evolving needs with care and insight.

“In her new role, Tisha will be leading our client services team, bringing her wealth of experience and energy to strengthen how we support our clients and each other.”
