He will join Axa Health in November and will lead SME distribution, driving growth and retention of its SME client base and working closely with intermediary and distribution partners.

Ayrey said: “I’m excited to be taking up this new role and leading the SME distribution team at Axa Health.

“I’m looking forward to driving growth and great service for our SME customers, in collaboration with our valued partners.”

Richard Glassborow, director of distribution and marketing at Axa Health, added: “I’m pleased Jordan is joining us as SME distribution director.

“He has a great reputation across the broker market which, alongside his experience and knowledge, I believe will help us deliver a step-change in performance in order to achieve our ambitious growth plans.”
