Axa Health is rolling out new health support services for men and women for group policies.
The standalone services offer access to accredited practitioners who will provide confidential and personal support based on individual specific needs and health concerns.
The new services give corporate clients the option to add men’s and women’s health support to a range of wellbeing services from Axa Health, via the Peppy app, adding to already available support for fertility, early parenthood and menopause.
The new services offered are available to Axa Health corporate clients as a standalone chargeable service and include:
Women’s Health
● Gynaecological health support for users who have received a diagnosis of conditions such as fibroids, endometriosis, and polycystic ovary syndrome, or are experiencing symptoms suggesting these conditions;
● Mental wellbeing support includes helping users cope with miscarriage and baby loss;
● Self and family care assistance including support in relation to domestic abuse;
● Sexual health and contraception, covering both natural and pharmaceutical options and understanding the menstrual cycle and vaginal health;
● Physical and lifestyle health including support and advice on nutrition, exercise and fitness.
Men’s Health
● Male-specific conditions, such as penis and prostate health;
● Mental wellbeing support and helping men manage stress and anger, as well as deal with relationship and intimacy issues;
● Sexual health support for issues such as erectile dysfunction and STIs;
● Physical and lifestyle health, including support and advice on nutrition, exercise and fitness;
● Healthy habits, including signposting health checks.

“Gender-specific experiences of health and healthcare, such as women needing to take time off work due to periods or the menopause, can have a significant impact on both individuals and businesses.
