Niki Barnes is leaving Axa Global Healthcare and moving to another role in the IPMI industry.
Barnes was a senior intermediary and corporate marketing manager at Axa Global Healthcare for 11 years from 2014.
Prior to that, Barnes was at Bupa international as an acquisition and conversion specialist from 2011 to 2014.
Axa told Health & Protection that it is currently hiring but had not found an official replacement for Barnes yet.
Barnes said via LinkedIn: “As the new year quickly unfolds, it’s nearly time for me to say goodbye as I move on from Axa – Global Healthcare after 11 amazing years.
“But as I say farewell, I also take with me some very fond and cherished memories.
“It’s been an incredible journey along the way and I’ve been so lucky to have worked with such an amazing team, so many talented and dedicated colleagues and had the opportunity to grow and learn from the best.
“There are so many of you to thank for this, you know who you are️.
“Of course, there’s been challenges and there’s been much transformation and change but with all of that, it’s the teams and the truly dedicated people and lifelong friends who made it an amazing environment to work in – always going above and beyond for the customer, our intermediaries and partners.
“So as I swipe that pass out of the Axa door one last time next week, I leave so proud for all what our team have achieved over the many years and so very grateful for the opportunity I was given all those years back by Leslie Rudyk️.
“But as one familiar door closes, another very exciting one opens and I’m very much looking forward to my next adventure in the world of IPMI …. working alongside wonderful and talented new colleagues and some familiar and brilliant ones too.”
