Bluecrest Wellness has appointed Dominque Kent as CEO.
The private health assessment provider said that as CEO, Kent will lead Bluecrest through its next phase of growth as it looks to further expand the provision of consumer and corporate preventive healthcare solutions.
Kent brings with her a wealth of experience building and scaling operations in customer-focused health and social care businesses, the organisation said.
As chief operating officer at live-in care provider The Good Care Group, Kent led delivery of care to older people in their own homes as the company grew to become a 1,000-strong team ahead of her appointment as managing director in 2019.
She was also previously chairwoman of the UK Homecare Association for three years, having served a total of nine years on the board and currently sits on the boards of Trinity Homecare and London & Quadrant Housing Trust as a non-executive director.
Bluecrest Wellness’ range of health assessments can be delivered through its network of more than 2,000 community clinics across the UK, to businesses on site, or via home health kits supported by a virtual coach.

Bluecrest Wellness founder and managing director Peter Blencowe will remain involved in the business as a non-executive director.
