Chris Bolton is joining Mercer Marsh Benefits to lead a large corporate consultancy team in London.
Bolton left Cigna Europe earlier this year after five years with the group having held the roles of regional sales lead and before that international sales manager.
He joined Cigna from Willis Towers Watson where he was a client relationship manager for more than three years after holding consultant roles earlier in his career at 3HR and Xafinity.
Revealing his move on LinkedIn, Bolton explained he had taken the opportunity to enjoy some much needed quality time with his young family but was now looking forward to getting back to work in the new year.
Speaking to Health & Protection this afternoon, Bolton said he was really excited to be joining MMB, adding the firm was “right on the front line of top end consultancy advice” and he looked forward to being involved with that.
“They’re also on a huge growth trajectory which I’m eager to shape,” Bolton added.
