Broadstone has appointed Sharon Harwood-Davis as a client consulting director.
She joins the independent employee benefits consultancy from PwC where she was a senior manager.
Harwood-Davies (pictured) joined PwC from Mercer Marsh Benefits where she was head of healthcare and earlier in her career was a senior consultant at JLT Group and client relationship manager at Willis
Harwood-Davis said: “It is a critical time to be working in the sector given the pressures on the NHS and employers.
