Broadstone has appointed Jamie Burdess (pictured) as health, protection and wellbeing specialist.
He joins from Mercer Marsh Benefits where he had been a client relationship manager since the start of 2019.
Prior to Mercer, he was a consultant at JLT Employee Benefits and before this a personal banking manager at Lloyds Banking Group.
His remit will be to work with clients and the consulting team to develop tailored propositions for those industry sectors where Broadstone already has a sizeable client portfolio or where the company is looking to expand.
He will report into Emily Jones, head of workplace wellbeing.
