Employee benefits consultancy Broadstone has appointed Brett Hill as head of health and protection.
Hill (pictured) was most recently at Towergate where he led health and protection distribution and has more than 25 years’ experience working with clients in the sector.
Prior to his three and a half years as distribution director at Towergate, Hill spent a decade at The Health Insurance group concluding with four years as managing director.
He also had a year at Axa PPP as business development manager and nine years in Standard Life’s UK healthcare business.
Hill was appointed alongside new head of defined contribution (DC) workplace savings Damon Hopkins.
The expanded management team will lead the next stage of Broadstone’s growth in employee benefits, the firm said.
Hill said he was looking forward to working with Hopkins to lead the team into a new stage of growth.
