Canada Life UK has appointed Cath Goddard as head of data, insight and customer relationship management (CRM).
Goddard (pictured) has more than 25 years’ experience working in data science and insight led roles and has worked in financial services and more specifically pensions, retirement and equity release for over 20 years of that time.
She joins from Aviva where she was head of data, insight and planning and led customer segmentation, econometrics, customer-led proposition build and innovation for the business.
