Neil Kirby has been appointed CEO of global individual health (GIH) at Cigna Global, starting his new role on 1 July.
Kirby was most recently group chief marketing and strategy officer at Global Benefits Group (GBG), where he was accountable for global strategy, product management, marketing communications and corporate affairs.
Prior to that he was at Bupa Global for more than eight years from 2014 to 2023 as global marketing and consumer sales director.
His earlier roles included head of products at Truphone and global head of connectivity and services at Vodafone Global Enterprise.

Sadler also thanked chief commercial officer Ross Walker for leading GIH in the interim.
