Cigna Healthcare Hong Kong has appointed Stephen Wong as chief distribution officer.
Wong was previously the general manager for Now Health International in Hong Kong and also for China.
Prior to that he was the head of insurance partnership for Greater China at Inter Partner Assistance Hong-Kong.
In earlier roles Wong worked at companies like AIA, Axa and Aviva, in a career that started in 2002.
“We are thrilled to welcome Stephen Wong to Cigna Healthcare Hong Kong as our new chief distribution officer.,” Cigna said via LinkedIn.
“Stephen has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry with in-depth employee benefits and health insurance knowledge.
“Stephen also has extensive experience in formulating and driving distribution sales strategy, managing product development and digital platforms in mainland China and Hong Kong.
“Stephen will lead our distribution team and collaborate with our business partners, clients, and industry groups to develop and lead the delivery of our strategic plans to grow Cigna Healthcare Hong Kong’s business.”
