Cigna Healthcare Hong Kong has promoted Stephen Kwan to the role of chief financial officer.
Kwan joined Cigna Healthcare as the chief actuary for in 2022 and has more than 15 years of experience in the insurance industry.
Cigna said that his new role, Kwan will “continue to collaborate with all business units to fulfil our financial commitment to accelerating sustainable and profitable growth in our health business in Hong Kong.”
Prior to Cigna, Kwan worked at Swiss Re in Hong Kong for five years, leaving as senior structurer.
Before that Kwan worked at Axa Asia as a regional manager based in Hong Kong for two years. Before that he worked for almost eight years at AIA Singapore, leaving as team lead.
