Equipsme has appointed Anne-Marie Preston as business development manager (BDM).
Preston (pictured) joins the managing general agent’s distribution team from Axa Health, who are also the main capacity provider underwriting the physiotherapy, private diagnosis and treatment elements of Equipsme plans.
She has more than 25 years’ experience in the insurance sector, with 17 years working in private medical insurance (PMI) at Axa Health – most recently as an intermediary sales manager.
Preston said she was excited to be moving across to Equipsme.
“The PMI market is really changing, with clients trying to manage costs and meet rising employee demand, and brokers trying to find alternative solutions that can actually support wider workforces,“ she said.
