Five Star and Four Star IPMI providers named in Health & Protection Service Ratings

Six international private medical insurance providers have been awarded a Five Star Service Rating in the first edition of Health & Protection’s Service Ratings.

April International, Axa Global Healthcare, Bupa Global, Cigna Global, UnitedHealthcare Global and Now Health International have been awarded the Five Star Service Rating.

Ratings are based on independent market research conducted with more than 200 advisers, consultants and brokers.

In all 22 providers have been ranked by intermediaries for their overall service proposition across seven sub-areas:

  • Appreciating and developing my business
  • Claims handling
  • Compliance support
  • Ease of use of adviser-facing technology
  • Quote and application support
  • Speed of response to queries
  • Staff expertise and problem solving

 

Adviser responses are aggregated and those with scores in the highest and second highest bands are awarded Five Star Ratings and Four Star Ratings.

William Russell, Healthcare International, Expatriate Healthcare, General & Medical Healthcare and Global Benefits Group were all awarded Four Star Service Ratings.

The ratings have been published as part of Health & Protection’s International Private Medical Insurance report.
