FJN Growth Solutions has appointed Doug Rice and and Paul Firkins as executive directors.
Rice (pictured right) joins from PIB Employee Benefits where he was head of global benefits, while Firkins (pictured left) was previously group sales and business development director at Hood Group.
Health & Protection has contacted PIB to find out who is succeeding Rice as head of global benefits.
Earlier in his career, Rice was a partner and international leader at Mercer and previously managing director at Jelf International.
Firkins’ previous roles include sales director at Select & Protect, business development executive at Equity Insurance Group and divisional director at Heath Lambert Group.
Recruitment agency FJN Solutions brought former Bupa Global sales director Nic Brown on board as a director a year ago to launch sister business FJN Growth Solutions which aims to help firms gearing up for growth.
On LinkedIn FJN said the appointments significantly broaden its expertise and market connectivity across multiple sectors and underpins the company’s ambition to become the ‘go to’ growth consultancy in the health, general, commercial and travel insurance/MGA sectors, as well as advisory, partnership and IFA distribution channels in both the UK and Europe.
