The second edition of the FJN six-a-side tournament was fought out between 10 teams at Horsham FC.
Axa Global Healthcare claimed the trophy with a highly dramatic penalty shootout win over Charles Taylor Assistance after a last kick equaliser.
The event, sponsored by Health & Protection and Comarch, raised more than £1,100 for charity Wolfram UK.
