There is just one month until the first Health & Protection Health Summit kicks off with further high-profile speakers confirmed to the packed schedule.
The exclusive two-day event for advisers and intermediaries working in the private medical insurance and healthcare sector is being held on 15 and 16 March at the exclusive Tylney Hall Hotel in Hampshire.
The Summit will examine how health insurance markets have responded to the momentous events of the last two years, the NHS crisis and how client demands have changed.
It will also consider the evolving regulatory environment and how advisers and providers have overhauled their approaches looking forward in a rapidly moving world.
Health & Protection is delighted to announce that representatives from the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) and Mercer Marsh Benefits are among the latest speakers added to the agenda.
FOS ombudsman leader Sian Brightey will be discussing how the industry can get it right first time and improve client outcomes.
With complaints rising and concerns increasing, she will examine the main issues facing the sector and what it needs to do to make sure clients and patients are receiving first class service.
CII equality, diversity and inclusion manager Vivine Cameron will be discussing how to enable and support diversity and inclusivity in insurance.
Cameron will explain how the industry can change its structures to attract and welcome diverse people, make the most of their skills and improve the lived experiences of those working in it.
Mercer Marsh Benefits partner and workplace health consulting leader Dr Wolfgang Seidl will be giving his views on how corporate health and wellbeing strategies are evolving.
He will review how employers are taking a greater responsibility for the healthcare needs of their employees, what solutions they are seeking and the challenges they face.
This is an exclusive invitation-only event with limited places and is CPD accredited.
