Foyer Global Health has appointed Delphine Icart as chief executive officer.

Previously a partner at DECI Consulting, CEO of Healthanea part of Axa group, and chief transformation officer at Axa Mexico City, Icart (pictured) has led several international organisations through complex transformation.

As CEO she will be responsible for guiding the company’s strategic development and accelerating the deployment of health insurance solutions tailored to the needs of expatriates and internationally mobile individuals.

Marie-Hélène Massard, chief executive officer of Foyer Group, said: “We are delighted to welcome Delphine to the leadership of Foyer Global Health.

“Her solid international background and her deep understanding of healthcare transformation are key in driving the group’s international healthcare ambitions.

“With her appointment, we reaffirm our long-term commitment to serving globally mobile individuals and organisations with high standards of quality and care.”

Icart added: “Health is deeply personal, and our mission to serve the needs of people living and working across borders has never been more meaningful.

“I am excited to join a team committed to supporting individuals wherever life takes them, and to lead the next chapter of growth and development.”
