Freedom Health Insurance is launching a range of health and wellbeing additional services including support from Reframe Cancer, Skin Analytics, along with wellness and discounts.
The Freedom 360 service is launching from 1 October and will be available to all individual and group scheme members, but some services are limited in scope.
Only the Skin Analytics and Reframe Cancer services, along with the EMed offering introduced last year, will be included in the core offering for UK individual members with Freedom Elite and Freedom Essentials policies.
However the full range of services is tailored specifically for group clients, the insurer said.
The services included in Freedom 360 are:
- Freedom Dermatology, provided by Skin Analytics
A digital dermatology platform enabling members to access clinical support for concerns about suspicious moles or skin lesions. It provides quick access to dermatology specialists Skin Analytics, helping to identify early signs of skin cancer and support faster access to appropriate care when needed. - Freedom Cancer Care, provided by Reframe Cancer
Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulated specialist cancer navigation support providing clinical guidance, emotional assistance, and practical help across NHS and private cancer pathways, with access to dedicated nurse specialists, support managers, and trusted resources.
A three month trial for the Carers product will also be included for Freedom Health members. - Freedom Wellness

The EMed digital GP, which is provided by Livi and launched in summer 2024, is also being wrapped into the new service.
It provides free and unlimited access to clinicians 24/7, 365 days a year.
Members can speak to GPs, physiotherapists, nurses, pharmacists, and mental health practitioners for advice, diagnosis, and referrals, as well as private prescription delivery when needed.
