Re-watch Bupa’s final Workplace Health Insights series of the year, Gen Z: Building Productivity Through Wellbeing.

Generation Z is entering the workforce at a time of economic instability, political unrest and during a climate crisis.

The Bupa Wellbeing Index reports that mental health is a key issue for Gen Z with them saying their mental health is poor and that it is the health issue they’re most worried about.

As younger generations report higher than ever levels of stress and burnout there is an increased risk to productivity in the workplace.

During this session, our experts discussed why employers must re-think how they address productivity through wellbeing for Gen Z and the importance of access to new digital tools, mental health support and financial wellbeing.

The discussion:

  • Dr Arun Thiyagarajan, shared the latest clinical insights from Bupa and asked if Gen Z really are quiet quitting?
  • Erik Porter, from Wagestream discussed the impact of financial wellbeing on the younger workforce in light of the cost-of-living crisis.
  • Danny Gray from JAAQ showcased Bupa’s new partnership, exploring how new digital technologies can improve access to mental health support.
