Go.Compare selects Reassured as life insurance broker partner

Price comparison site Go.Compare has chosen broker Reassured to power its life insurance comparison service online and by telephone.

The new service enables customers to compare multiple life insurance policies from a range of insurers, and has been designed to help people find the right policy for their requirements.

The firm will power the online service and provide telephone support for those who would prefer to speak to someone about their cover.

Phil Jeynes, director of corporate strategy at Reassured, (pictured) said: “This deal is the first of its type for Reassured; utilising both our digital and offline expertise and we are hugely proud to have been chosen to support Go.Compare’s life insurance customers.”

Ceri McMillan, insurance director at Go.Compare, said: “We were impressed by Reassured’s breadth of cover, and in particular, the team’s dedication to providing great customer service.

“Reassured’s excellent track record with consumers was a real selling point for us, and the fact they could provide both an online and offline customer service meant that we could help more customers with their life insurance requirements.

“It’s widely acknowledged that life insurance is a complicated product, and one that we don’t always like to talk about, let alone spend time trying to understand the array of products that are out there.

“But it’s also so important to get it right, and we are confident that with Reassured, we now have a market leading comparison that will help people find the right cover for their needs.”
