LifeSearch has appointed Justin Harper as chief marketing officer (CMO).
Harper (pictured) was previously head of propositions at MetLife. He joined MetLife after more than 16 years at LV= where he progressed from head of intermediary marketing to protection proposition and marketing director.
LifeSearch has also appointed Ed Axon as chief growth officer responsible for attracting new distribution partners. He has worked with LifeSearch since January 2023 as a consultant as strategic partnerships director, developing its “PoweredBy Lifesearch” strategy.
The pair both report to Debbie Kennedy and sit on the LifeSearch executive committee.
