HCB, the Oxfordshire-based employee health management and occupational health specialist, has launched a new “calendar service” designed to help employers maintain workforce health with a rolling programme of support, documentation and hands on ‘clinics’.

‘Health in Hand’ is a “flexible and proactive” service which can be customised to align with company wellbeing programs, culture and specific requirements, a HCB spokesperson said.

The calendar is designed to be an indication of what is available, but “is not prescriptive” and services can be blended to meet a company’s specific culture and corporate requirements.

Jim Harris, managing director of the HCB Group, said: “We have already had favourable feedback to this service from a client who used one of our clinics which directly resulted in reduced sickness absence experience during the trial phase and are delighted to be able to make this programme available to all HCB clients.”
