HCML has appointed Kathryn Goldfinch as commercial director of corporate and insured health.
Goldfinch (pictured) has nearly 30 years of healthcare experience having held senior roles at Bupa, Nuffield, and Genesis Care.
She joins from Nuffield Health where she led the private medical insurance and corporate commercial teams in an interim role.
Before this, Goldfinch spent 22 years at Bupa managing key strategic relationships with large hospital groups and consultants.
At HCML, she will play a pivotal role in helping to grow service lines, build new and strategic partnerships with key provision providers and develop relationships with brokers and intermediaries, the firm said.
She will also be responsible for helping to build revenue growth while implementing strategies that will expand market share and help to secure new business opportunities.
Jill Pritchard, chief commercial officer at HCML, said: “Kathryn is a highly experienced healthcare leader who brings extensive commercial and sector expertise to the role of commercial director.
Her passion for a client-first approach, combined with a commitment to forward-thinking healthcare solutions, means she drives commercial growth with patient care firmly at its heart.
“We are delighted to welcome Kathryn at this pivotal stage of growth for HCML, as employers increasingly recognise the value of proactive, high-quality healthcare in keeping employees healthy and in work.
“I look forward to working closely with her as we continue to strengthen our proposition and remain at the forefront of the healthcare industry, driving meaningful change.”
Goldfinch added: “The healthcare industry is evolving rapidly, making it an incredibly exciting time to be part of it.
“As organisations face increasing pressure to support employees’ health and wellbeing, there is a real opportunity to develop more holistic programmes that deliver measurable impact.
“HCML has a strong reputation for delivering healthcare with tangible results and I am delighted to be joining the team to help further strengthen this proposition.”
