Healix Health has appointed Eileen Bax head of product management.
Bax joined the healthcare trust provider in January as a proposition consultant and has now joined the organisation in a full-time position.
The provider said Bax will lead the development and management of its product portfolio, ensuring it continues to deliver solutions to meet evolving client needs while supporting long-term business.
Bax has 20 years’ experience in the health insurance, trusts and administration industry, having started at Medisure, which was part of Marsh McClennan.
Most recently she spent more than a decade at Axa Health, including more than two years as part of the insurer’s senior leadership team as clinical third-parties team manager.
She also managed its pathways development during her time at the insurer.
Prior to that, Bex spent seven years at Simplyhealth, starting as client relationship servicing manager and progressing to provider relations – PMI customer services operations manager.
