Healix has appointed Sharon Burgess in the newly created role of operations director.
Burgess (pictured) joins from Axa Health where she was corporate customer service manager, having previously held a similar role at Simplyhealth prior to that.
In all she brings more than 30 years industry experience to her new role.
Her appointment follows a year in which the firm posted 20% growth in 2022, added new hires and opened a new office in Bristol.
Burgess also joins Healix’s executive board.
