Healix Health has appointed Kelly Morris as chief commercial officer.
She joins in October from Axa Health, where she has been corporate distribution director.
Her responsibilities include strategy, leading relationships with clients and intermediaries.
Morris (pictured) has spent more than 25 years working in corporate health and employee benefits.
During this time, she has built a track record of delivering large-scale employee healthcare programmes across self-funded and insured models, the firm said.
Morris has also led national sales and account management teams and building partnerships.
Ian Talbot, chief executive of Healix Health, said this appointment is a clear indication of management’s ambition to treble the size of the business.
He pointed to Morris’ experience of corporate healthcare and healthcare trusts as well as senior-level relationships for her appointment.
“Kelly’s experience in our sector will be invaluable in showing more businesses how the flexibility and value of healthcare trusts can enable their employers to help their employees to stay healthy at work,” he added.
Morris said: “Healix Health has a reputation for helping employers provide healthcare in a more flexible and personalised way, and I’m excited to be joining the business at a key moment in its growth trajectory.
“As employers place greater emphasis on prevention and earlier intervention, there is a real opportunity to help businesses get more from their healthcare provision.
“I’m looking forward to working closely with our clients and intermediaries to develop healthcare programmes that reflect those changing priorities.”
