Healix Health Services has partnered with Incorpore to offer the firm’s fitness services to its members.

It works with over 2,000 employers covering 6.5 million employees across the UK and Ireland providing staff with health and fitness benefits including access to discounted gym memberships.

Ian Talbot, CEO of Healix Health Services, (pictured) said: “Helping employees with their wellbeing is not only the right thing to do, making them happier and healthier, it also has undeniable business benefits.

“Physical and mental health play a huge role in how engaged and productive people are at work, and in turn this impacts profitability.

“Helping our clients do just that has always been our core aim, so our partnership with Incorpore is very well matched.”

James Shillaker, managing director at Incorpore, added the pandemic had shed light on the importance of regular exercise for employee health and wellbeing.

“With many employees now returning to work and companies permanently switching between hybrid working models, it’s crucial for employers to provide flexible options to access gyms and fitness facilities both near homes and workplaces,” he said.
