HelloSelf, a virtual provider of psychological therapy services, has joined group risk industry body Grid.
Tim Fuller, private partnerships lead at HelloSelf, said: “As one of the UK’s largest networks of clinical and counselling psychologists, we are strongly positioned to work with Grid to help shape policy, and advocate for the importance of the right type of mental health support, at the right time, for the growing number of people struggling with their mental health.”
“Well-timed and personalised psychological therapy can help support people back into work if they are absent due to mental health needs or challenging physical health conditions.
“HelloSelf is keen to work with Grid and its members to explore how the protection industry can support proactive prevention to reduce the likelihood of mental ill health being a cause of absenteeism and reduce the risk of relapse post-support.
Colin Fitzgerald, chairman of Grid, (pictured) added: “As an industry, the closer we work with diverse specialists in field, the better.
“The fuller our proposition, the better support we’re able to provide within group risk.
“We offer a warm welcome to HelloSelf and look forward to working together.”
