In Bupa’s latest Workplace Health Insights virtual event a panel of experts discussed how organisations can tackle the disability employment gap.

During the session, Dr Naveen Puri, Associate Clinical Director at Bupa, and Mark Hodgkinson, Chief Executive at Scope, discussed the role inclusive wellbeing can play to improve the workplace experience for people with disabilities.

They also highlighted the tangible actions employers can take to champion more inclusive workplaces.

Yvette Edwards, Director of Communications Unilever UK and Ireland and Molly Watt, Accessibility Specialist at Nexer Group, discussed examples of how employers can create a more inclusive culture to improve the workplace experience for people with disabilities.
