Howden has appointed Richard Leadon as a senior consultant on its benefits and wellbeing international team.
Leadon has more than 20 years of experience in the international healthcare market.
He joins Howden from Aetna and will advise SME and corporate clients on their international healthcare needs.
Leadon was at Aetna for more than 10 years, leaving as head of large corporate retention last month. He started at the company in 2013 as a customer service manager.
Prior to that Leadon worked at Axa for 13 years, leaving as a premier client manager.
