Barnett Waddingham has announced the completion of its acquisition by Howden, a global insurance and employee benefits intermediary group.
The Barnett Waddingham brand name will disappear within two years following its acquisition by Howden.
The deal brings together almost 4,000 pensions and employee benefits experts globally, generating global revenue approaching £500m.
Barnett Waddingham confirmed that all of its partners have moved over to Howden.
