Hub International has appointed Nelly Rose as national pharmacy practice leader, joining from NFP where she was vice president of pharmacy consulting.
In this role, Rose (pictured) will develop and lead Hub’s national pharmacy practice, helping clients navigate the complexities of prescription drug benefits and optimise their programs.
Rose will focus on pharmacy consulting, team leadership and client engagement to deliver measurable impact and long-term value, the firm said.
She will help further strengthen Hub’s relationships with pharmacy benefit managers and other key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical benefits ecosystem.
Over her career Rose has held various leadership roles in nationally recognised healthcare organisations, including pharmacy benefit management, community care settings, health systems and consulting firms.
Most recently she spent almost eight years at NFP, with the last four and a half years as vice president of pharmacy consulting.
Rose will report to Linda Keller, employee benefits national chief operating officer and practice leader at Hub.
Keller said: “We’re excited Nelly is joining us to help with Hub’s pharmacy benefit strategies, analyse market trends and deliver expert guidance on emerging drug benefit issues.
“As a recognised pharmacy consulting leader, she will drive clinical innovation, influence industry trends and mentor our next generation of pharmacy professionals.”
Rose added: “I’m thrilled to join Hub and lead its pharmacy practice.
“My focus will be on driving meaningful innovation and delivering strategic solutions that create lasting value for our clients.”
