Chicago headquartered Hub International Limited has made a trio of senior promotions and people moves within its Canadian business.
It has promoted Terri Botosan to the newly created role of regional president of employee benefits, retirement and life for Canada.
Botosan has been with Hub for more than 20 years as president of Hub Financial, a subsidiary of Hub. In her new role, Botosan will continue to build on Hub’s Canadian employee benefits and retirement platform strategy.
Meanwhile, David Moon has been promoted to the newly created role of regional president of Western Canada, which includes British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
Moon was previously president and CEO of Hub Canada West (British Columbia and Alberta provinces), where he has grown the region into the largest Hub operation in Canada. In his new role, Moon will continue to execute Hub Canada’s growth strategy in the west.
Barbara MacPhail has also been promoted to executive vice president of strategic initiatives Canada. She was most recently vice president, strategic initiatives Canada.
In her new role, MacPhail will continue to work directly with Tina Osen, president of Hub Canada (pictured), as well as Botosan and Moon to drive key initiatives and strategic projects in Canada.
